What to tell us
The symptom first: clothes that take two cycles, a laundry room that runs hot, a burning smell, lint on the wall under the outside hood, or dust at the registers. Then where the vent exits, if you know: the roof, a side wall, or somewhere you have never found. None of it is required. It just makes the call shorter and the quote closer to right the first time.
After you send it
What happens after you send it
The order is the same on every job: a call, an assessment, then the work. Nothing is unloaded and nothing is charged before you have said yes.
We call you back
A person calls the number you gave, asks what the dryer or the ducts are doing, and finds a time that suits you. You can say no at that point or at any other.
The assessment comes first
On duct work a technician assesses the whole system before any equipment is unloaded, so the scope is clear before anything comes off the truck.
The scope, then the work
You get the scope and the quote, then a time. Most dryer vent cleanings are done in under an hour; air ducts take one to three hours; a replacement takes a full day or more.
